Our Qualifications

Menn and Associates consists of graduates from some of the outstanding universities in Texas including:

Our continuing education includes course work from the Appraisal Institute, the International Right of Way Association, American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, and Eminent Domain Seminars.

We have on our team, a state certified general real estate appraiser, two state certified residential real estate appraisers and two appraiser trainees.

We are a member of the Texas Real Estate Board of Realtors and a state registered Senior Property Tax Consultant.

We are also involved in several organizations including: Appraisal Institute, International Right of Way Association, National Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
